When the Scottish pioneer of the self-tanning business decided to launch an assault on the high-street beauty industry, she asked Zap! Entertainment to help co-ordinate the celebrity opening of her first salon in Glasgow.
Sandra McClumpha – the Stirling based businesswoman behind the world-wide success of Fake Bake – invested more than £2 million into the “Brown Cow” West Regent Street venture, which she described as a one-stop beauty-shop for a whole host of treatments including:
- Teeth whitening
- Hairdressing
- Botox injections
- And, of course, tanning products from her famous brand
